RETURNS + EXCHANGE POLICIES
We accept returns of all full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Proper try-on with underwear is required.
All items that are returned for exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original labels and packaging.
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Please email email@example.com with your Order # and Return Tracking # when available.
Your return will be processed as soon as possible, but allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed.
Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
All sales of full price merchandise, are final after 14 days of purchase.
EXCHANGES - US CUSTOMERS
Exchanges are accepted depending on availability. If the item you wish to exchange is on sale and out of stock, we will issue you a Store Credit.
EXCHANGES - INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We do not currently offer free exchanges for International Customers due to high shipping costs.
You will receive a Store Credit code if you wish to exchange your item for another size or style.
We do continue offer full refund for Full Price items, for international customers if you choose, but please follow return instructions above.
US Customers: Sale items are eligible for Store Credit only.
International Customers: Sale items you wish to return are eligible for Store Credit only.
Each order will include a Return/Exchange Form.
